Administrative Specialist

CreamWise – a digital credit broker in the US for the companies within the CreamFinance group. The main focus of the company is an execution of digital advertising. The company will in particular: implement and execute the group marketing strategy cooperate on the global /local level with marketing vendors, negotiate contracts,  take care of the unified Group frontend and the brand of the Group.



  • Organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office
  • Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers
  • Correspondence managing (traditional and e-mail)
  • Taking care of office finances and budget
  • Making money transfers
  • Maintain contact with external companies
  • Maintain direct contacts with clients
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates (inside and outside of the organisation) to align internal and Client’s goals
  • Support for the documentation flow process (including invoices, contracts management)
  • Management of key marketing supplier and agency contracts
  • Forecast, measure and report the results of various projects made for Clients
  • Support company in RFP (request for proposal) process, collecting and comparing offers
  • Analyse and checking data sent by suppliers for compatibility
  • Preparing and archiving documents
  • Assisting with daily work of the team
  • Deliver a great experience to partners when working with the organization


  • Previous experience in administrative work (additional asset: experience in Financial, Marketing industry, as well as cooperation with Media House / Marketing Agency)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills
  • Initiative
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent English (C1/C2)
  • Other languages are considered an asset
